Delivery and Force Majeure:
If no prerequisites are established prior to the acceptance of the operation, RH Logistique et Services assumes no liability for:
The condition of the goods, whether packaged or not, handled or not, before, during, and after acceptance, transport, and delivery
The condition of the transport packaging
Additional storage, demurrage, and similar costs
Cargo insurance coverage
Any other incident that may occur during operations before, during, and after acceptance, transport, and delivery
Where applicable, RH Logistique et Services assumes liability according to the conditions of international logistics networks (WCA, JCTrans) and according to the conditions defined by current Ivorian law.
Retention of Title:
The cargo subject to the transaction remains the property of the final recipient. RH Logistique et Services assumes no responsibility for the contents of said cargo or shipping documents.
Complaints and Disputes:
In the event of a complaint, the competent jurisdiction remains the State of Côte d'Ivoire. However, if the transaction is carried out within the framework of international networks, the said network may rule. If no agreement is reached, the disputed case will be referred to the competent Ivorian authorities.
Termination and Dissolution:
The invoice or proforma issued is due regardless of the form of dispute to which it is subject. Payment may under no circumstances be suspended or delayed in the event of a dispute.
Payment Terms:
Payment is made by check, bank transfer, or cash. It can also be made by any other electronic means of payment.
